Seattle City Attorney, Pete Holmes, releases a 20-page memo titled Moving Marijuana Policy Forward. It is a very thorough memo covering the background of medical marijuana, recreational marijuana, and the future of each. In addition, it looks at the aspects of Senator Kohl-Welles’ proposed legislation for the 2015 legislative session.
