James Lathrop Speaks At Cannabis Cup
James Lathrop, the owner of Cannabis City, had the honor of speaking on a panel at the High Times Cannabis Cup. Cannabis city has the distinction of being the first I502 recreational marijuana retailer open in Seattle. The title of the panel is “The New Washington Apple -Navigating I-502.”
